James was our guide and always kept an eye out for us all. The water is very cold so I recommend that you take a thermos with coffee or I warm you to drink after finishing the activity that lasts about two hours. We had beautiful views of the trees, the waterfall, the river and even touched a heavy rain that made us feel even more connected to nature.
