You are going to explore one of the most interesting adrenaline attraction in Montenegro. Canyon Skurda is hidden in the place that no one would expect.
Tour starts from Old town Kotor, just behind Kotor walls. At the beginning you would have to hike for 1 hour to come at the starting position for canyoning. We would adjust your equipment and prepare you for adventure. In the canyon you would enjoy in spectacular shapes of rocky cliffs and waterfalls up to 25 meters. Canyon has a lot of challenges like crossing slippery rocks, jumping to the pools or and rappelling down the rope. Canyon is available for passing most of the time. In the summer the water stays just in the pools, but in rest of the year it has big waterfalls. Water in the pools is not much cold in the summer, so you need just light clothes, but when is a big water we give you neoprene suite. Passing trough the canyon is about 3 hours and it ends up just behind Kotor old town. This would be unforgettable adventure.

5.00We were contacted by one of the guides a day earlier and got more detailed information again. It is important to wear good shoes in any case, as you have to hike for about 50min and also climb before you even reach the canyon. You don’t have to carry any bags or similar, the guides have backpacks with food (water+cereal bars) and also take photos of you. Our guides today were Ivana and Milija, both mega nice. Attention was also always paid to slower group members and breaks were made.
Amazing dry canyon even without water.

5.00It was amazing! Ivana was very patient with us and very kind. It was an adventure that we would like to do again. Due to the dry season we didnt had water. But even without it we had alot of fun! Seeing the Canyon was woth it! Thank you untill nextime!

5.00This was by far our families favorite excursion of our cruise! Ivana and Vlado were fantastic guides! They were so kind as we had one adult who just found out she was pregnant and had a hard time hiking in the heat! They were so kind and patient. They took their time with us and gave us an amazing experience as a family. We got done early enough to walk through the old city and enjoy dinner before getting back on the cruise ship. We are planning a return trip to Montenegro to stay longer because we loved it there so much and loved canyoneering with Ivana and Vlado!! This is a must do!!

5.00My husband and I love canyoning. We have done several of varying difficulty. Some with the family and others (more difficult) just the two of us. This canyoning excursion is definitely for someone with sure feet for the 45 minute hike. It's a great hike and you do need to have some stamina. The canyon itself was mostly dry when we went in July and the small pools were gross and filled with adorable frogs :) so we avoided going in. There were seven abseils I think and two or three of them were several stories high. If you are not comfortable abseiling and with heights, this might not be for you. All that to preface, Ivana was an amazing guide. We were just the two of us so we moved rather quickly but she set up every abseil just as she would with a larger group. She was patient, gave clear instruction, she took great photos and sent them after, and she was quite adept. I highly recommend booking with her both during the wet season and the dry. Different experience but no less fun when it was dry. On a side note: I originally messaged a different company and they didn't offer the trip during the dry season. Instead of just telling me, "no, sorry," they forwarded me Ivanas's what's app number. The comradery and respect within this community in Montenegro is simply amazing.

5.00It was a great experience for us as a family. The way to the gorge was a bit difficult in parts, as we had to descend over stony slopes. Ivana and her partner were very eager to give us valuable hints so that everyone arrived safely to their destination. It was very impressive and we liked it very much.

5.00What an incredible experience. No prior canyoning experience and we had no problems. Guides made us feel safe, explained everything very well and were so much fun. You definitely need to b in good physical shape. If your looking for something memorable and are sick of history tours, this is a MUST DO!!!

I truly recommend not only to go canyoning, but to reach out exactly to Ivana, as they made the adventure safe, fun and memorable. I went with my partner and my mom, who is 59 years old. They took wonderful care and helped her throughout the canyon. It was so fun! This memory will definitely last for a lifetime for all of us. Thank you very much! :)

5.00We have done many adventurous activities in our travels but this - was one for the books. It was fun, challenging and the scenery was extraordinary. Our guides were phenomenal and kept us safe throughout the whole excursion. If you love extreme adventures then this is for you - something you will never forget. I do want to mention to take the “extreme” seriously. I would recommend anyone taking this be in good physical condition and somewhat athletic. The hike was the most challenging. You climb part way up mountain but then you traverse across rough terrain, sliding rocks, etc. you are scooting on your butt, crouching going down a hill with loose rocks, and then sliding down rocks. But if this sounds fun to you - sign up! And would bring gloves to avoid rope burn.

5.00We had a wonderful time having our first canyoneering and rappelling experience. The view of Kotor bay from the top was beautiful and we were coached so well through the canyon, which was thrilling and refreshing. Would massively recommend this experience!
