We are TCI's premiere parasail operator. With over 200,000 safe flights flown since 1991, our skilled and professional crew are by far among the most experience in the business. This is our 29th year in business. As an Owner/operator Capt. Marvin Pratt has been flying since 1990,with 29 years experience.Our other captains all have over 10 years experience flying in various locations.We have (2) 1999 Premium Custom 28' USCG certified (12) passenger parasail boats and our third Parasail boat , a USCG certified (12) passenger 31' Ocean Pro by CWS Boats. Our boats are designed specifically for parasailing. Whether you are by yourself or a large group we are more than happy to take you to new heights. A TCI Owned and Operated Company, we are first in experience, first in service and first in safety, with state of the art clean quality boats, friendly staff and family focused service.

What To Expect

You will be securely fitted with a harness and a life jacket also given a safety briefing. Then just relax and enjoy the amazing views from 500ft above the turquoise waters. You can see breathtaking views of both sides of the island and also don’t forget to look for any sea life beneath you.

Such a disappointing experience. We had a private group parasail with eight of us. Captain Miguel arrived 20 minutes late to pick us up at the Ritz. No apologies and extremely grumpy. They were double booked and the other family was turned away. In addition to how unfriendly they were, Miguel and the other person working were quite literally on their phones while we were parasailing. So unsafe and scary! The only reason I gave it a two is because we’re still alive!
We went on a snorkeling trip to Stingray City. We booked only 1 day in advance and the cost was $98US for 2.

They will pick you up from anywhere and drop you off. The tour consisted of 2 stops, 1 to swim with stingrays, and 1 out further to see various undersea life. They provide water and fruit punch but no other food. The stingray stop was for about 10-30 minutes and they allow you to feed, hold and even kiss (for 7-yrs good luck) the stingrays. The water here is waist-deep. No danger. The undersea stop was for about 40 minutes and they provided us with snorkeling mask and flippers. They also make sure everyone is safe and watch out for people who are not strong swimmers since the water is 10-20ft deep. We really enjoyed it and the crew of Mitchel, Richard, and Paulo were entertaining. Well worth the money. Would go again. Thanks guys.

Incredible…we had a blast. Captain Walter and Smiley Face were the perfect hosts and companions — two hours of parasailing, taking in the island and feeding the iguanas. Perfect trip, we wouldn’t change a thing. We’ll be back next year…!

A wonderful experience in every way. Marvin and Bob were professional and friendly and have excellent safety protocol. I can’t recommend them enough!! It was my first time parasailing and I loved every minute of it. We didn’t bring our phone and they used their phone to take some pics and sent them to us on WhatsApp. You can’t go wrong with Captain Marvin! I have nothing but good things to say about the experience and hope to go back. Thank you Marvin and Bob!!

The experience of parasailing was fantastic. The crew was nice and effective, so we were in the air in no time. My only comment is that I wish we would have been in the air for at least half an hour. It felt like in 15 minutes we were just stepping out of the boat. However, I do recommend doing this activity as the scenic views are breathtaking in Turks & Caicos.

OH EM GE. So our group of 7 did a private half day excursion and let me tell yallllll! Tarique (aka Ghost - insider) and Scooby were by FAR THE BEST EVER!!!! Irreplaceable honestly.

Both guys were super friendly and had a routine down so no time was wasted. The kids loved being way up high, getting dipped in the water, and then going way back up. Safety and fun were both priorities.
