This was fun and confidence building! Our teacher, Kendra, was so lovely and encouraging. We did some pole work, chair/ floor routines and challenges. I managed way more than I expected I could do and had a great time with everything. A really fun hen activity!
Fabulous teacher - you won't regret having a go!

This was so much fun. I didn't think I would be able to even get both feet off the ground, but Kendra so lovely and encouraging and made me believe in myself. I was actually very proud by the end. Ask for Kendra - she's so sweet and amazing at pole. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
