Enter the National Park to visit Henrhyd Falls, the tallest and most spectacular waterfall in South Wales.
Proceed to the heart of Bannau Brycheiniog and enjoy a short stop at the second oldest tree in Wales, a stunning yew tree that is 3018 years old.
Stop in Brecon town, where you can admire the canals—voted the prettiest in Britain.
Continue to the town of Merthyr Tydfil to tour Cyfarthfa Castle, located in a picturesque park (optional activity, entry free not included).
Next Marvel at Caerphilly Castle, the largest in Wales and a UNESCO World Heritage site. Take a stroll around this magnificent fortress, or relax with an ice cream in the town.
End your day at Castell Coch, a fairy-tale castle nestled in the woods.
Please note that the visit to the waterfalls will involve a 30 minutes walk. The path may be steep and muddy, so we recommend wearing boots and rainproof clothing.

This is a great way to see south Wales. Our driver, Max, was phenomenal and gave us plenty of insights into Wales history and present day. He looked after everyone and made an effort to get to know each group member to make the experience memorable. The waterfall was amazing, though it does require some effort :). If you need a snack while visiting Caerphilly Castle, we highly recommend Fablas Ice Cream right across the street. I would recommend this tour to anyone in the south Wales area!

We had an excellent day of hiking to a waterfall, enjoying the beautiful town of Brecon and its canals, and visiting 3 castles! Our tour guide Max knew his "stuff", giving us his personal insights and an interesting history on each stop. Thank you for a memorable day of sightseeing with a very capable, personable and professional tour guide. Thanks again, Max!

Max was great. He is knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was pleasant but be prepared a bit of walk to see the waterfalls. Strongly recommend it.
