If I could give this experience a ten star I would! We had so much fun and learned so much! David was not only knowledgeable but also incredibly patient and helpful, making the crafting process enjoyable for everyone! At the end of the workshop we left with a unique self made jade craft! Highly recommend!

Great experience on Valentine’s Day. David, our instructor, was awesome! Super friendly and patient. We left truly satisfied with this experience and would recommend it to anyone. Friends, dates, family, or partners.

David was a fantastic instructor and a big part of what made this experience so enjoyable! We had a smaller class of five people, which meant he could help each of us individually at every step so we could create pieces that were exactly to our liking. The experience felt truly unique, and I loved not only making memories during the class but also being able to take home a memento as a small reminder of those moments.

So much fun! David was a great instructor. Love my piece so much, it turned out exactly as I had hoped it would, maybe even better.

We had an amazing time creating our own jade jewelry. The staff was super friendly and helpful, hopefully the recipient of my gift loves it as much as I loved creating it.

Casa de Jade may seem impressive—they talk about stones and show how they’re processed—but it’s mostly a show. Prices in-store are 3–7 times higher than online. They claim to sell top-quality “Imperial Green” jade, but the pieces often don’t match that grade, and no certificate was provided for my purchase. I paid $1,800 for a stone that experts value at $400–500 including the gold setting. Another item I bought for nearly $400 was $180 online. Their marketing is aggressive and misleading—beware of inflated prices.

Such a cool experience!! Starts of with a short tour and history of jade in Mayan history. David was my instructor and was very helpful. Ended up with a nice necklace and reminder of my time in Guatemala. :)

I have registered for the workshop and am thrilled. Turning real jade fragments from Guatemala into a piece of jewelry has given me a lot of joy and I am proud of my result. David's guidance was professional, patient and at the same time very encouraging to find your own style. Whether you are skilled in craftsmanship or not: You feel well accompanied all the time. In the end, you don’t just hold a beautiful piece of jewellery in your hands, but a real one-off. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to create something of their own and experience something special.
