2.00It all started when the driver I met at the port got out of the car after security check point and a second “driver” gentleman got in the car. The driver and visit to the mosque was acceptable. I was driven to different tourist spots …. Through downtown and the “Beverly Hills” of Casablanca. Briefly stopped at a market, patisserie and then a cafe for mint tea. Something happened that involved the police. Both guides/ drivers were apologetic with not much information. The driver got in the vehicle alone and didn’t explain where we were going. Using the translator app I asked to go back to the ship. As it turned out that’s were we were heading. After following another vehicle to the terminal I couldn’t have been more relieved and thankful to be back. As a solo traveller I was extremely uncomfortable several times during the short 2 hours together.
