This magical island will offer you a wealth of preciously preserved nature and an imposing and magnificent landscape. We make sure that you will enjoy a fun and exciting full day at Ile aux Cerfs island including a catamaran trip, Parasailing and a 3-course Lunch with a selection of unlimited locally alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

Later on the day, you will get to discover one of our renowned waterfall at G.R.S.E which is the longest river in Mauritius. Its rich flora and fauna will enable you to observe the bats hanging from the top of the branches and monkeys in their natural habitat perched on trees or sheltered on mountain slopes that border the river and the majestic Pailles en Queue birds.

Trou d'eau Douce

Your adventurous Catamaran trip to Ile Aux Cerf (Full day including Parasailing, G.R.S.E waterfall, Lunch) begins with a hotel pick-up at your accommodation anywhere in Mauritius. You will meet and be greeted by our certified guide and after boarding to your comfortable vehicle, then set off to Trou D'eau Douce, a fishing village nestled on the East Coast of Mauritius. Arriving at Trou D'eau Douce 09.15 A.M, you will board to your Catamaran to enjoy this memorable catamaran cruise from Trou D'eau Douce to Ile Aux Cerfs. The catamaran cruise starts at 09:30 a.m., departing from Trou D’eau Douce on the East coast of Mauritius. The crew members will ensure that you have an enjoyable time, and they will be happy to tell you about local tales, jokes, and to play local Mauritian music which will lift the spirits of all on board.

Grande Riviere Sud Est

You will start your trip with a visit to the waterfall at Grand River South East before setting sail for the island of Ile Aux Cerfs. Then, when reaching the Grand River, you will go by speed boats to visit the waterfalls which are found about 500m upstream. If you’re lucky, you’ll be able to see the curious monkeys jumping through the big old trees on the river banks. Watch the Mauritian fruit bats resting perched on the highest trees as you approach the waterfall. Following the visit to the waterfall, you will head back to the catamaran.

Too bad there is a charge for parasailing, which is normally included in the service. The children were very, very disappointed. Otherwise, it was fine.

Had a great time with my wife.. our driver girish booked this tour for us! We hd a great time exploring the island. the parasailing was awesome with the great views. food was great but little spicy. overall great experience in mauritus.

We were not happy with this excursion. After arriving at Trou D'Douce, they indicated that the taxi, that they arranged, was supposed to take us to Belle Mare to do our parasailing. We then went to Belle Mare to do the parasailing and when we returned, it was already 11h00 and the catamaran had already left at 09h30. They then said that we were late but they were the ones that sent us to Belle Mare. We were not happy because the details clearly stated that we would board the catamaran at 09h30 and we were under the impression we would do our parasailing on the island. At this time we wanted to cancel our day because we spent our morning travelling in a taxi instead of on the catamaran but nobody was taking any responsibility. Our taxi driver was phoning around for us and trying to find a solution. Yusuf was amazing. He drove us to the GRSE waterfalls where they eventually picked us up at the jetty with a passenger boat to go see the GRSE waterfallls and then took us to the catamaran thereafter. Shortly after boarding we stopped for a short snorkelling session and was served lunch which was okay but not a 3 course meal. (Chicken, fish, rice and salads). Thereafter we were taken to the island where we spent 2 hours and were picked up by the catamaran at 15h00. We then sailed back to Trou D'Douce and the taxi taxi took us back to our hotel. I would definitely not recommend this excursion to anyone.

It was an average trip… not really value for money: we were kept waiting for the parasailing and was then told to do it at the island at ill aux cerfs: parasailing was only 2 minutes: not value for money

the parasailing was the most epic experience ever! it is very short but the best! the waterfalls are nice, but feeding monkeys was amazing experience!

It was a fun day with the crew in the catamaran. the atmosphere was great with local music and local food. We enjoy the snorkeling. The parasailing was exceptional. it was my first time and it was a good experience combatting the fear :D . Overall, a good day.
