The guide was late. Contrary DE the contract, EN was NO possibility DE use the toilet EN the bus. The driver, very unsympathetic: he had the music on the whole trip, with the stress that that entails. Too much time EN the beach (two hours) and too little EN Lugo (one hour). Besides, contrary DE the contract, we EN NO enter the cathedral. EN summary, I feel conned and very, very disappointed with an excursion that I would recommend NO sister-in-law.
