1.00Did not end up finding the tour guide and missed this tour. I understand it’s not all on them however they sent a message 2 days before the activity when I was on the boat with no signal so I could not view the message. When I messaged the operator he said no refunds. Again I know it’s not fully their fault however they were super rude in response. I will just have to go through the bank now which is fine. I was not going to leave a review until they sent rude messages to me.

5.00Awesome tour! We had a lot of fun tuning in the cave and we seen a few bats. Our tour guides were great and had a lot of information. We gave them a nice tip. We wish we could have done this longer. Our lunch was good

4.00Wastes a lot of your time trying to book other customers coming off the ship. We booked this excursion one month before but were forced to wait over an hour and a half as other cruisers were asked in port to sign up! Hopefully, you get Peter as your guide. He single handedly safe the trip. Young, enthusiastic and knowledgeable guide with a great deal of pride in his country and knowledge in his job. The fun he added to the experience ALMOST made us forget about the excessive waiting time in the empty park at the port! He was GREAT!!!!
