What To Expect
Cayman Spirits Co. Distillery
This tour ticket grants you access to the Cayman Spirits Distillery, the Cayman Islands #1 rated attraction. It does not include transportation or pick up. Simply present this ticket on arrival for your stated tour time for entry. The distillery tour includes a guided walk through of a functioning distillery and an informative talk about the process of making rum, from fermentation, distillation, aging and bottling. On any given day different parts of the process may be observable as this is a working distillery. In addition, the pass includes a full tasting of spirits produced on site, including Seven Fathoms Rum, the national rum of the Cayman Islands and the official rum of Cayman Airways. There are also coconut, banana, spiced, dark and more varieties to try in the Governor's Reserve line of spirits. Distillers specials include limited availability seasonal releases, like the scotch bonnet rum, local botanical gins and more. A wide selection of locally produced items are available for sale in the distillery gift shop, including locally made pepper jelly's and jams, rum cakes, hot sauces, t shirts and hats and the distilleries famous rum infused BBQ sauce. Please note this tour does not include transport, present ticket at distillery for entry.

5.00Athena did a terrific job with the rum tasting. She was very engaging and a great storyteller. We loved all the different rums and the fact that the liqueurs were made with rum- they were so smooth and delicious it was hard to choose which ones to take home with us! Highly recommend the coffee liqueur-even better than kahlua.

5.00Our visit to Cayman Spirits Distillery was amazing—five stars across the board! Our tour guide, Evan, was wonderful. He was not only knowledgeable about the distilling process but also gave us great recommendations for food and other things to do around the island. After the tour, we ended up hanging out with him at the bar for a while, and it just felt like a fun, welcoming experience. The process itself is fascinating. Everything is handmade, and Evan explained things like how they switch out different parts of the run and even broke down the difference between the “heads” and “tails.” I learned so much that I didn’t know about rum before. The Seven Fathoms rum was my personal favorite—it’s spiced perfectly—but honestly, all the different rums and rum products they offer are amazing. We enjoyed it so much we ended up buying hot sauce, a couple of t-shirts, and other goodies to take home. The only thing I’d mention is that when you’re driving there, the area looks a little sketchy at first, but just keep following the signs—the distillery is tucked back there, and once you arrive, it really opens up into a great spot. Overall, a fantastic experience. Highly recommend if you’re in Grand Cayman!

5.00I attended this with my two adult sons and we had a fantastic time! Evan was very knowledgeable and incredibly fun. Also Athena was so much fun to talk to. They both made us feel like family. We made sure to purchase some tasty beverages and some shirts to commemorate the visit there. We would go back another time. Highly recommend!
