Spend 4 days and 3 nights on the Cruise ship!!! You will stay on a luxury cruise ship and enjoy the scenery along both banks from Chongqing to Yichang. There are four ship models to choose from: Century Paragon departs every Tuesday; Century Victory departs every Wednesday; Century Oasis departs every Saturday; Century Glory departs every Sunday. Due to the particularity of cruise ship reservations, travelers may cancel up to 25 days before the experience start time to receive a full refund. No refunds will be given after that time period.
Warm Accommodation: Each guest room is over 26 square meters. The rooms are warm and spacious, with clean and tidy private bathrooms. The high-end bedding ensures a comfortable sleep, and all supporting facilities are available.

Board the cruise in Chongqing between 16:30 -- 20:00. Embarkation buffet dinner onboard. Take part in the Safety Briefing, cruise around the ship at your leisure. Ship departs from the port around 21:00.

Fengdu Ghost City
After breakfast, take the excursion to Fengdu Ghost City (about 2 hours). It's known for the culture of ghosts and integrating of Confucianism, Taoism and Buddhism with diverse of Chinese traditions. There are variety of onboard activities & lectures will be available in the afternoon.
Zhong County
Optional Evening Show—The War Fire of Three Kingdoms Show (sign up and pay when onboard) or at your leisure with onboard activities. The ship will only dock when a certain number of people sign up for the self-funded project. The specific arrangements are subject to the real-time notice on the ship. Guests who do not participate in the self-funded shore excursions are not allowed to go ashore privately.

Chongqing Baidi City
After breakfast, either take part in the optional shore excursion to the historical and cultural site of White Emperor City or at your leisure onboard. At 8:30, you can voluntarily purchase the self-funded itinerary, which is Baidi City.
Chongqing Qutang Gorge
At 11:00, the ship passes through Qutang Gorge, and you can enjoy the magnificent gorge scenery. The cliffs on both sides of Qutang Gorge are as if cut by a knife, and the rock walls are towering. The great river surges turbulently among the sheer cliffs. The ship will sail through the spectacular Qutang Gorge, followed by the magnificent Wu Gorge. The guide will introduce the unique scenery on both sides of the sun deck.
Wushan County
At 13:30, the ship passes through Wuxia Gorge. You can enjoy the beautiful gorge scenery on the balcony of your room, on the top deck, or at the viewing platform of the bar. Wu Gorge starts from the Daning River east of Wushan County Town and ends at Guandukou in Badong County, with a total length of 46 kilometers, thus known as the Great Gorge.
Shennv Stream
At 14:00, gather at the designated place according to the ship's arrangements and transfer to a small boat to visit Shennv Stream. It is 20 kilometers away from Wushan County Town in Chongqing City, located on the south bank of Wu Gorge. The stream has high mountains, deep valleys, and rapid water flow, remaining in a primitive state rarely visited by people. The Feifeng Peak, Cuiping Peak, Shengsheng Peak, Qiyun Peak, etc. among the Twelve Peaks of Wushan are all along the Shennv Stream. From your Century Ship transfer to a smaller boat, you will cruise up the newly created waterways between well-wooded hills and sheer cliffs where you can enjoy spectacular scenery and see the most famous hanging coffins.

If you are willing to take part in the optional tour of the Three Gorges Dam Ship Elevator: Disembark at Maoping pier of Yichang. Change a smaller boat to join the optional tour of the Three Gorges Dam Ship Elevator. Disembark at Sandouping pier of Yichang. Join the tour to the Three Gorges Dam.
Three Gorges Museum
At 8:00, the Three Gorges Museum is a comprehensive provincial museum that integrates the collection, protection, research, display, and dissemination of "Bayu Culture, Three Gorges Culture, Rear Area Anti-Japanese War Culture, Immigration Culture, and United Front Culture". You will join in the shore excursion to the Three Gorges Dam Site (about 3 hours), which is the largest water conservancy project in the world.

5.003 nights will be enough, over the 3 Gorges, from Chongqing to Yichang. Good food on the cruise. Side trips are busy as this is China, with many tourists and many boats that cruise the same river. Choose the cooler months, not summer

5.00We recently returned from a 4-day, 3-night Yangtze River cruise from Chongqing to Yichang aboard the Century Voyage, booked through China Discovery, and it was truly a highlight of our travels. This was our first cruise on the Yangtze, and the experience exceeded all our expectations. The Century Voyage, having entered service in 2024, is a stunningly new and luxurious ship. From the moment we boarded, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and well-cared for. Their service was exceptional across all areas – housekeeping, customer service, and in the restaurant. The buffet-style dining was a delightful surprise. The quality and variety of food served surpassed anything we anticipated, with delicious options available at every meal. We also thoroughly enjoyed the onboard entertainment, where the crew showcased their talents through engaging performances. The shore excursions were meticulously organized and provided fascinating insights into the region's history and culture. While the majority of our fellow passengers were local, we appreciated that the ship provided English translations and that English-speaking guests were assigned knowledgeable English-speaking guides for the excursions. This cruise was a wonderful and memorable journey through the majestic Three Gorges. We wholeheartedly recommend Century Cruises for an exceptional Yangtze River experience. It’s a journey filled with comfort, excellent service, and breathtaking scenery. Our heartfelt thanks and appreciation to all staff especially to our host, Isabella who always came around to check if we are enjoying the cruise and to Lucky who serve us very well at mealtime.

5.00Century Oasis Having experienced cruising in the Caribbean and Europe we decided to to try a river cruise on the Yangtze river in China.With our travel guide assisting us we settled on the Century Oasis 4 nights from Yichang.Our guide from Travel china brought us to the cruise terminal and assisted us in check in and boarding of our bus to the ship . He assured us that we would be met on the ship and given assistance.We were greeted by Alan and Eddie who helped us in understanding the dining and shore excursions etc .Throughout the cruise they both looked after our needs and ensured we understood what and where we were going . As 99.7 percent of the passengers were Chinese nationals it was particularly daunting with the language and customs,nevertheless Alan and Eddie were at hand all the time to offer assistance and guidance. Food offerings were all buffet with plenty of choice of traditional Chinese dishes.Quality and choice were excellent.Some small concessions to western needs which was understandable.Complementary wine,beer and soft drinks are served at meal times. There was 3 shore excursions included in the price all with a English speaking guide.Cabin was tight but functional and room attendant was very efficient.The ship was well furnished and decorated and spotlessly clean.On and off the ship for excursions was seamless .Again entertainment was towards Chinese market yet enjoyable.Considering our anticipation about this cruise it has been a most enjoyable experience.Credit to Alan and Eddie and all the staff who were helpful and above all always polite. I would recommend this river cruise,however allow for the fact that at present it leans towards Chinese market but as we experienced assistance was always at hand.
