5.00Booked via Chic Patagonia tours online. Only booked the afternoon before and communication was spot on no issues and a couple of hours before got a WhatsApp confirming pick up again. Friendly transfer service and only 30 mins max from El Calafate town. The small holding was suitably remote for a breathtaking ride in the plateau with the backdrop of the mountains. The professionals who took our tour spoke perfect English and gave us lots of information on the landscape and flora and fauna of the area. We saw lots of hares running and birds soaring along the ride. We rode for about 90 mins in total and had a lovely roaring fire and snacks to greet us when we go back to the station. All in all a great few hours to spend in this stunning landscape. It’s not cheap I paid gbp86 and that was directly with Chic and get your guide is even more expensive over gbp110 so shop around. A lovely pace of ride and recommended if you have a few hours to spare in El Calafate
