As the icing on the cake you will learn to prepare also the iconic Tiramisu.

Please note that our Cesarine are ready and thrilled to host you in their homes! All Cesarine are always very careful and attentive of the important sanitary rules needed, even more now! The homes provide all the essential sanitary equipment for the guests (paper towels for washing hands, hand sanitizing gel and so on). Remember to always maintain 1 meter distance from each other and if not, wear masks and gloves

Giovannella was absolutely wonderful. We learned so much about making pasta and she was a great host, offering us a delicious aperitif made from fresh ingredients from her farm. I can highly recommend her!

Lucrezia and Stefanos were lovely opening up their home to teach us their ways. The appetizers before were delicious. Lucrezia was very patient, taught many tips, and took pictures for us thought out the process. We would recommend this to anyone !!

Terrible communication. Hostess of cooking class cxled 1 the 17:00 class and wanted to reschedule for 10:00.., which I had to either cxl another bike tour or reschedule. Via-trip had phone # but was not a working # to communicate with host for cooking class. Address of meeting place for cooking class was wrong and ended up missing whole class and as of today no compensation or refund. Very disappointed as this was last travel day before return home.

The cooking class with Lucrezia was an incredible experience…I will never eat dried pasta again! 😁 Her antipasto presentation was stunning as well as delicious 😋 She was very skilled (patient and kind too) in teaching us how to prepare the pasta dough and the two pasta shapes. And her sauces were amazing. The orecchiette with a turnip greens pesto sauce and sagne with a fresh tomato basil sauce was perfection! The tiramisu was fun to prepare and was a wonderful compliment to an end of a beautiful Italian dinner in a lovely location. Her homemade limoncello was the finishing touch! Lucrezia’s husband, Stefanso was a great sous chef 😁 and are a lovely couple ❤️ We highly recommend this amazing experience!!!

Absolutely loved this experience! It was such an intimate and fun way to not only see a historic, traditional home, but to get to know our host and local cuisine. Our host was friendly, fun, very knowledgeable, and made this such a memorable part of our trip- it's definitely one of the highlights of our whole Italy experience! She worked with our food allergies, and helped us make 2 different types of pasta and tiramisu on her patio. All of the ingredients were fresh and local, and the meal she cooked us with the pasta is one of the best ones we had while in Italy. I definitely recommend it- and I would go back again- we are still talking about how great it was!

I had the most wonderful experience with Giovannella. Her Masseria is beautiful, picturesque, quiet and homely. I had the pleasure of a solo experience and it was so much fun. We made Tirimasu and Tagliatelle, Giovannella demonstrated and then she let me do the rest. She is so warm, friendly and accommodating. She made me the most wonderful feast of homemade focaccia, homegrown tomatoes, olives, olive oil, and I sat and enjoyed the tagliatelle we made together and managed a few spoonfuls of tirimasu! I was stuffed! This memory of my time with Giovannella will always be so special to me and I'll treasure forever.
