5.00Epic Transfers & Tours Fiji was excellent in email communication with detailed information in a timely manner and always responsive in all my email enquiries. From booking, paying online and confirming via email and automatic email online transaction payment receipt. We could not fault them at all. We are again using this service we used in Nov 2025 and my daughter is travelling to Fiji again and we have rebooked her transfers with them. This is because they are so reliant, timely, transparent and excellent much needed air conditioned vehicle service for our transfers. We feel safe using this service with all communication and financial transaction transparent. Thank you Epic Transfer and Tours Fiji for your excellent service.

5.00Alipate Raimou is very friendly. We had several trips around the island. He kept all his appointments and picked us up promptly at the agreed- upon time. When we almost missed the boat through our own fault, he made sure that we were on time.

5.00I had a driver whose name was Aseri. From the start to the finish Aseri was a total professional. Really great at conversation and superb driver. My ferry arrived late but that was no problem for Aseri - he was waiting at the designated meeting spot. We had some great yarns on the way to the airport. And as a solo female traveller I felt really well looked after. Thank you Aseri!

5.00Enjoyed my stay in Fiji very much, and being picked up and dropped off by a fantastic driver Alipate Raimou made it even better. Albert really showed us the beauty of Fijian hospitality and he made sure we arrived on time and safely to our destination from the airport to our resort and return when we were flying out again. I will definitely be requesting his and Epic Transfers & tours transport services again when I return with my family and friends. VINAKA.

5.00On arrival at Nadi airport instead of hanging around waiting for a shared bus to Denarau but decided to use Epic to take us a a family of 4. The flat fee was very reasonable and a super clean modern car. We then booked the same trip on return with Albert. Great service thank you

5.00We had a great experience with Epic. We prebooked them for transfers to and from the airport to port Denarau. The communication prior to arriving was excellent. The service was punctual, the cars were comfortable and the drivers were lovely and professional, especially our return driver Junior Ali. We will definitely book with Epic again.
