5.00We used Epic to get us from the Airport to Maui Palms. Not knowing very much about our destination upon arrival at the airport including the time, distance and cost, we relied on Epic's expertise. Our driver, Alipate Raimou, got us there very quickly, expertly navigating the heavy traffic. He was very attentive to our needs, even stopping at a convenience store and ATM for us along the way. We later found out at the hotel that the rate we paid was very reasonable and less then what the hotel quoted for the same trip.

3.00I booked the van for couple through hotel. Upon arrival at the airport the driver started fussing why I had another person with me. He said it was arranged for only 1 person. I had to pull the email to convince him that it was for couple. Very embarrassing.

5.00Our driver, Eishaad, was so friendly and helpful. We were last off the plane and last through customs but he waited patiently and welcomed us when we eventually got through. He helped us with our luggage and made sure we had everything and then took us on the 90 minute ride to our resort. On the way he chatted easily and gave us some valuable insights and information. The return trip was equally enjoyable and Eishaad arrived on time and got us back to the airport in plenty of time for our flight. Highly recommended.

5.00We booked through our resort (Maui Palms) and had the BEST experience with the transfer both ways. Elshaad picked us up at the airport (holding a sign with my name) and was so friendly on the late night two hour drive! He taught us a lot about Fiji and made the drive very enjoyable. He picked us up a week later early in the morning to head back to the airport and we were very happy to see him! Couldn’t rate this service any less than 5 stars. Thank you!
