Trou aux Cerfs
Trou aux Cerfs is a dormant volcano with a well-defined cone and crater. It is 605 m high and located in Curepipe, Mauritius. The crater has been alternately described as 300 and 350 meters in diameter, and is 80 meters deep.
Grand Bassin
Ganga Talao is a crater lake situated in a secluded mountain area in the district of Savanne, deep in the heart of Mauritius. It is considered the most sacred Hindu Temple in Mauritius.

5.00Sameer was amazing very friendly and knowledgeable. He was happy to go at our pace and when the Alexander falls and panoramic view point were closed suggested we try again at the end of the tour, which then was open so we got out full tour. Thank you Sameer and we would definitely use and recommend you again.

5.00I firstly found the trip on Getyourguide and since the pickup point I needed for my parents (cruise ship port) was not selectable, I contacted the company directly - and the answer via WhatsApp came within minutes ! Information was exchanged immediately, pickup point and time confirmed, always in a friendly, forthcoming way - every need was met straight away. Since my parents did not have internet on their cruise, I organised the trip from afar. Everything went smoothly and they were met by the friendly driver and guide, Neelesh ( I hope I wrote the name correctly). He was a super safe driver, always catering for the needs of my parents and their friend. He was knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. They saw so many highlights of Mauritius, knowing they had a super careful driver. They told me the experience was 10/10 and couldn't have been better. From the organisation, to the actual tour it was picture perfect. They were impressed and would highly recommend it again! Thank you again so much for making my parents trip so memorable! If I ever come to Mauritius again I will certainly organise some trips with you. Please book directly with them, it's absolutely worth it !

5.00Got to see so much and Hritik adapted the day to suit our preferences. We could take as much time as we needed at each stop, which was lovely and relaxing. He presented himself very well and his car was immaculate. FYI for other cruise passengers. Our trip started an hour late. The guide needs to get a pass to enter the port and this is only available on the tour day. It can take a 45min to 1 hour for the guide to receive it from the port authorities. We were left standing in the sun not being aware of why & how long we would be waiting. Fortunately, our ship was docked overnight so we still got to experience the full tour.
They are not trustworthy!

1.00I booked a day trip through Viator to Mauritius. I paid and received confirmation from Viator that everything was in order. The night before the trip, I received an email from Viator informing me that the tour operator, Taxi Mauritius - Tours & Transfer, had cancelled my booking. I had to find another provider for this trip at 10pm while I was on the boat sailing to Port Louis. This is not a company to trust!

5.00My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed this excursion. Our driver and guide was called Sameer. He was excellent, informative and helpful. Unfortunately, his boss was less helpful. Our trip was on a Sunday. It turned out that the Rhumerie is closed on a Sunday. This did not bother us, but it may well concern others. Although we booked the experience on 24th September, it was not until after 10 pm on the night before the trip which was on 14th December that Sameer's boss informed us that the Rhumerie was closed.

4.00Whilst we enjoyed our day with our young very car proud driver we were actually disappointed with the two main attractions especially the 7 colours - Nothing like we had expected - But this was obviously no fault of the Driver / Guide who gave us a very entertaining tour, everything else was good = My only other comment was there were due to be 4 of us ( 2 Couples) But the other couple didn't feel 100% so decided not to join us which in hindsight was probably good for us as it would have been a very tight fit in the car - I would have said 3 max in that vehicle

5.00Meeting with Kevin at the port @7:30am. for a private tour to south west. I have visited several waterfalls, gorges and as a highlight the spectacular Chamarel seven colored earth. i enjoyed the save ride and the explanations from Kevin. Would do this tour again.
