Begin your tour in Geneva, you'll meet your guide and board the bus for Chamonix. Gateway to one of the highest peaks of Europe "the Mont-blanc". Embark on a cable car to the summit the Aiguille du midi 3842m.
Enjoy the breath-taking views upon arrival on summit, followed by a twenty minute walking tour to show you the wonders and summits around (Mont-blanc ect)
Next, descend to the village of Chamonix for some free time in the beautiful alpine town. Enjoy local shops and restaurants. You'll have about an hour of free time before re-joining your guide for the afternoon.
Your tour continues with a stroll to the train station, admiring historical landmarks of Chamonix as you go. Then, embark a cogwheel train and ascend 1900m to take in the spectacular views of the Mer de Glace Glacier. In season, you will have the option to visit the ice caves.
Around five 5:00pm the bus will bring us back to geneva to finish the day at around 6:30pm.

What To Expect
Aiguille du Midi
After a 1 hour bus drive from Geneva , we arrive in the beautiful village of Chamonix (France). We will then embark on an exhilarating cable car journey up 3,842m to visit Europes highest peaks. The Matterhorn (Switzerland) the grand jorasses (Italy) and certainly the Mont Blanc are all a glimpse away from the Auiguille du Midi. A guaranteed breathtaking experience.
Chamonix
After the peaks we will then descend together to the village of Chamonix for some free time to explore the local shops and restaurants to taste the local specialities (approx 1:30h for lunch). Then we will walk together towards the train station Viewing on the way some historical landmarks of Chamonix.

5.00Niels was our guide and showed us a great time! The experience was well planned and executed and Niels shared a lot of interesting information along the weay. The experience of being at Mont Blanc and the glacier made us feel like we were inside of a National Geographic magazine. If you go, dress warm in layers, you will need extra layers for those two parts of the experience.

5.00What an incredible day we had in Chamonix/Mont Blanc with Niels, the most fantastic guide. So well organised and so much fun. Despite the cable car unexpectedly shutting due to high winds, Niels provided alternative options and ensured we had the best time and some amazing views. Highly recommend this tour - Chamonix is stunning but book for the optional extras too; the ice caves and the views are beautiful. Niels was friendly, professional and informative - he went out of his way to educate us about this spectacular part of France and to look after us from start to finish.

5.00Our family thoroughly enjoyed this day tour to Chamonix and Aiguille du Midi. The tour was well managed by our guide and the planned itinerary was excellent. The rides to Aiguille du Midi peak as well as the Mer de Glace and ice cave were no doubt the highlights. Neils is an excellent guide - very knowledgeable, humorous, engaging and helpful with tips that made our visit all the more enjoyable.
