The tour took us through streets with numerous homeless persons sleeping where we were walking.

The website is not user friendly. The directions to book a tour are very complicated. The commentary is mostly uninteresting. The starting point for the tour offered no guidance where to park nearby. The commentary on our tour of Charlottesville, Virginia highlighted a bar Dave Matthews had worked at as a bartender. Wow, a truly amazing fact about the history of that city!

App was difficult to use, particularly if you didn’t want to start at the beginning. It was at the opposite end of the tour.
