  The day could not have been more perfect. Nick and Franky were fun and informative about the island and its history. The boat was immaculate and strong. They provided beverages and food for the guests. The price was also right.

  We were notified after walking 15 minutes to our agreed location at agreed time of 9:30 am at Dock Marteen to travel to a different location. Took 30 minutes to walk and find a taxi to take us to the other location after Lori texted me at 9:39 am “My captain said it's to ruff on that side. Can you please go to Blue Pearl Marina 25 Wellington Road Cole Bay.” I had been asking about the water conditions and wind since the day before in case we would run into weather issues. I even contacted the captain as Lori advised and received no response. The traffic was horrible and took 30 minutes to get to new location and I would not have booked this charter if we had to travel by taxi to another location. Too many variables could go wrong along the way. Our charter was scheduled for 6 hours and we missed 90 minutes because they failed to notify us of departure location change until after we were scheduled to meet. Lori said she would reimburse us for the taxi and that never happened. It ruined the excursion because I was worried the entire time that since we didn’t start on time and now had different departure location that we wouldn’t be back to make our cruise departure. I tried to request a refund directly and Lori never responded after her last text that said “Good evening sorry for All the confusing this morning where you able to enjoy the boat?” Please understand there was no confusion on our part. We showed up at 9:30 am to the correct location. We were also carrying all of our bags with two kids for over a mile between port and where we found taxi at casino. This is not the charter to take if you want to be sure you will not miss the cruise boat and won’t ruin your one day in Saint Marteen. Lori denied the refund request through v.iator. I am now trying to get refund through credit card. Disappointing time for our one day in Saint Marteen.

  Omg!! My tour was amazing. It was also a last minute booking and I'm so happy Franky made it possible. He was very flexible and accommodating which I was grateful for. He provided complimentary snacks and beverages, and also had a Bluetooth which I could play my own music while enjoying the ride.   Such a fun day!! Francky is awesome!! He took us to all of the best places to snorkel around St Martin. The day got better and better as we made our way around the island. We saw so many beautiful fish and hidden secrets. We loved our time on Tintamarre Island and had so much fun in the water at Pinel Island with a cool fish that was hiding under the boat. We also went to the awesome little boutique on the island and got a few handcrafted items. The fresh fruit was fantastic, there were plenty of sandwiches, the rum punch was perfect! Thanks for a fantastic day!!

  We loved Frankie so much we booked a second trip! The first time we went around Saint Martin and then did a longer trip to Anguilla. Both days were equally fabulous. Frankie went above and beyond to match our vibes and made sure we got the most out of our time. He was also extremely knowledgeable about the water. I can’t recommend him enough.

  This excursion was one of a kind. The captains were knowledgeable, kind, and went above and beyond to ensure we were having the best time we could. There was no shortage of drinks, music and excitement. In addition to the beautiful views and beaches, the captains made sure we had a chance to see the amazing wild life. I saw my first starfish while on this excursion, as well as many other exotic fish. All in all, I would recommend this excursion to anyone thinking about taking a boat trip.
