Charyn Canyon National Park
9:00 – Pick up from hotel, airport, or another address provided by the customer. Begin the scenic drive towards Charyn Canyon in a comfortable CUV. 11:00 – Stop at a small village to visit a local bazaar. Explore the market, where you can experience local culture and shop for fresh produce. 12:00 – Stop for lunch in a local village, enjoying authentic Kazakh cuisine while soaking in the peaceful rural surroundings. 14:00 – Arrive at Charyn Canyon and start exploring the incredible 'Valley of Castles.' Enjoy guided walks through the canyon, taking in the breathtaking rock formations, cliffs, and stunning views of the Charyn River. There will be plenty of time for photography, sightseeing, and optional hiking. 17:00 – Begin the return journey to Almaty, with a rest stop along the way. 19:30 – Drop off at your hotel or another address in Almaty. They showed us everything, explained the history and interesting facts, and made sure we were comfortable the entire time. 5.00The guide and owner of the company spent 6 years in the U.S. and spoke excellent English, is knowledgeable, and is willing to custom tailor a tour. He was willing to pick me up at one hotel and drop me off at the end of the day at another. The canyons themselves were impressive and the lunch provided in a local village was excellent. I would happily recommend this tour company to anyone.
