I travelled on my own to Boquete and booked a hike to some of the area’s waterfalls (the Lost Waterfalls trail + two more waterfalls) with E Valley Bikes Boquete, and it was a great experience from beginning to end. Quick confirmation and clear information beforehand about pick up time and place, punctual programme and a friendly and knowledgeable guide (Dany) with whom I had such a nice time during the morning tour that I actually booked a second hike (the Pipeline trail) with them the same afternoon. Beautiful nature and impressive waterfalls during the hike; I would rate the Lost waterfalls trail as moderate with a harder section at the end, so you need to have at least basic fitness to do it (I’m far from an athlete though and still made it). A highly recommended experience, and a special thank you to Dany for the many interesting conversations and the nice company during the day!
