We did this tour for my Mom's birthday. It was so much fun. Lynn was very knowledgeable, kind, funny and was able to adapt the tour to some noisy challenges. I would highly recommend this tour and Lynn specifically if you can get her.

We were scheduled to take a tour on December 2, 2024. The morning of the tour we get a phone call from the tour guide trying to tell us how cold it was going to be and wanting us to cancel. Even though the website says “rain or shine.” At first we understood and were going to think about canceling until we realized we would NOT receive a refund. Instead, they offered to reschedule (mind you my husband and I do not live here and will not be back in Chattanooga for a long time). I say that because when we informed them that we would not be canceling because there is no refund of $50 offered, the tour guide tried saying “well you only live a few hours away.” Like it wouldn’t be an inconvenience to try and take time out of our normal schedule to come back for an hour long tour. This was our “honeymoon” that was already 2+ years overdue. We don’t have time to come back since we both work full time. And different schedules. Not to mention other priorities in our lives. I would NEVER recommend this business. Do not offer tours in the cooler months, if the tour guides are going to try and convince the customers to cancel AND still not refund them. We didn’t want to spend our evening with someone who clearly does not care about the customers, and we ended up canceling. Absolute waste of time and money. There is a very clear reason that (from what I’ve seen) it is the LOWEST rated tour in the city.

This was a wonderful experience! My boyfriend and I went on a ghost tour right before Halloween and I’m so glad we did. Our tour guide, Hillary, was very knowledgeable on the history of Chattanooga and provided many details to each story. She had an incredible personality and made it an exciting night out as we learned the true background of our city. We will be telling friends about this tour! #allmyhomieshateandrewjackson

THE WORST TOUR EVER!! Don’t waste your money! Apparently there aren’t any actual ghost or eerie ghost tales that happen on this tour. All the stories are from other parts of Tennessee or Georgia! No talk of any sightings, why? Well, because all the stories didn’t happen here in Chattanooga, that’s why. I get the guide was reading from his script, but this company really needs to dig deeper and really learn about the actual hauntings and tales associated with Chattanooga. We got more ghost stories and ghost happens for the locals in the ice cream shop. Very disappointed!!
