I booked multiple rides for 6 straight days and was pleasantly surprised every single day. I highly recommend their experienced guides, good customer service, and the e-bike!

Took on the challenge of a 60km bike ride being a 66 year old non cyclist. It was a great day but I recommend a degree of fitness and stamina. The hot pools were amazing, well worth the ride, a lovely freshly cooked lunch, coffee and good company. Sorry about the two punctures, but they were promptly repaired!! Only one downside the bike seats . . . Please support this local business as they have a fantastic charity programme providing bicycles to rural women, and offer free cycle repairs to locals. Thank you

What an amazing trip ! A day of physical activity and efforts, but everything was worth it. Our guide was super nice and he explained a lot of things about the communities around Moshi... And then the arrival at the hotspring was magical and felt so rewarding !!! The place was really magical. We recommend 100% !

Our family used One Bike over two days. First, our son did a day-long tour of Moshi. He loved it so much that when the rest of us arrived the next day, he said “let’s go to One Bike and see what they can put together for us.” So we did! The staff there were incredible - talked about their work and their mission (environmental and supporting biking for women and girls… so cool!). After a short conversation, they came up with a hybrid plan for us - very flexible. We ended up biking, riding and hiking to the hot springs and the waterfall. Afterwards, they took us to a local eatery for a genuine Moshi meal. Wow! Our guide/driver were Roger and Octavian. Both were super - extremely knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, patient and prepared for anything. This entire outfit is top of the line, from start to finish. We couldn’t have imagined a better first couple days in Tanzania.
