Hotel pick‑up within Chengdu’s Second Ring Road: please wait in the hotel lobby 10 minutes before your confirmed pick‑up time. If you are late and miss the vehicle, you may need to make your own way to the first stop at your own expense.

Walking Advisory: The Panda Base is large and involves significant walking on uneven terrain. Please wear comfortable walking shoes. (In-park shuttle buses are available at your own expense, approx. 30 RMB)
Animal Etiquette: To protect the pandas' eyes and health, please do not use flash photography and keep your voice down while observing the animals
Night Tour Safety: Wangjianglou Park is located by the river. Please stay away from the water's edge and watch your step on uneven pavement or stairs, especially during the night tour.

We optimize the route efficiently to help you see as many active pandas as possible
Kuanzhai Alley
English-speaking Small Group guide service ensures your comfortable arrival here. 11:30 - 13:00 (Lunch Break): Enjoy a break near the Panda Base. Your guide can suggest authentic local restaurants and help with ordering. (Note: Lunch cost is NOT included; at your own expense). 13:00 - 14:00 (Metro Experience): Travel like a local with your guide via the clean and efficient Chengdu Metro back to the city center. 14:00 (Cultural Stroll & Tour Ends): Arrive at Kuanzhai Alleys. Immerse yourself in the "Slow Life" culture and sample local snacks. The guided service concludes here; you may continue exploring or arrange your own return transport.
