5.00Very prompt pickup at the airport with easy to follow instructions to meeting point and only a brief walk to the waiting vehicle. The driver seemed to be amused that since I was traveling solo that I was some sort of VIP. Well, you can sort of feel that way when you’re the only occupant. Viator may be more expensive than some other options but they have never let me down , have always been prompt and even the language barrier which sometimes exist has never caused a problem since I am clear and concise about pick up and drop off point.

5.00Very punctual and nice driver. Driver even helped us carry the luggage. Highly recommended for family or friends with lots of luggage. The car is comfortable, with lots of leg room space and also luggage space. The driver also allowed us to have some simple food inside his car. Though the distance of Chiang Mai airport from the city is not far, but we have a very a nice and enjoyable ride.

5.00We booked this transfer separate to our tour thorough Expedia. We have used I Asia group throughout our tour and they have been superb and professional. The guide was at the airport right at the exit gate. She helped with our luggage and walked us to our car. The car is spacious for 2 adults and 2 children. Clean and comfortable. Fast response from customer support team to answer any queries so that was excellent.
