Some of the world’s most notorious criminals, mobsters & gangsters bamboozled their way through Chicago. Escape into the city’s criminal underworld as you investigate stories about Al Capone, The Untouchables, the Chicago Mob and more. From a luxury coach, see the sites of storied crime scenes including Biograph Theatre, Holy Name Cathedral, and the St Valentine's Day Massacre, one of Chicago's most notorious murders. Snap photos of the historic criminal courthouse, and hop on-and-off the coach to walk the path that Chicago gangsters John Dillinger and Hymie Weiss followed just before their deaths.

Bus departs on time. Arrive at least 15 minutes early for check-in. If you don't see the bus 10 minutes before the start time, call the number indicated in your ticket for help.
Guests may not join the tour after the bus departs. General seating is on a first-come first-served basis. Joint seating is not guaranteed.
No restroom breaks. Please go before checking in at the bus.
No eating or drinking on the bus.
There is no onsite office.
Bus has five (5) steps and some stops off of the bus include stairs. Bus is NOT equipped with an electronic lift. There is limited storage available for a folding wheelchair or stroller.
Audio and video recording and services are not permitted without the express written consent of Chicago Crime Tours and Experiences.
Kindly refrain from talking or translating on the bus during the tour.

What To Expect
Chicago Crime Tours and Experiences
On this world famous tour, which starts and ends OUTSIDE 163 E. Pearson Street (SE side of Michigan Avenue and Pearson Street), you will learn about the histories of leading gangster and mobster figures like Al Capone, John Dillinger, Frank Nitti, Dean O'Banion, and Bugs Moran. You'll see famous gangster shootout sites like the St. Valentine's Day Massacre, the handshake murder, and 'The Enforcers'' safe and tunnels. You will be led by a local, informative guide and guests are able to get off the bus and explore these historic crime scenes.
Pick-up and drop-off for the tour are right across the street from this Chicago Landmark.

5.00Awesome experience. Tour guide was informative upbeat and humorous. Sites visited were legitimate, real places where real things happened, from John Dillinger's demise to Nitti's vault. Bus was comfortable and spacious. Only wish they gad merch (magnets, t-shirt, etc.) to purchase to have as a takeaway from the experience.

5.00John was the best storyteller - he was so educational and engaging because of his relatable way of breaking down history! Highly recommend this tour. He even added a layer of Chicago food history as well and that was an expected surprise that took this experience to top notch. Must book to find out what that is but you will not be disappointed. Bravo and thank you John!

4.00Fun tour that was good after a lot of time walking during the day. The guide was excellent with a good mix of informative and entertaining. We spent most of the time on the bus, with a few stops to get out and see where some of the major events in Chicago crime history happened.

5.00We live in Chicago and didn't realize how close we were to some of the most infamous locations in the city. Jamie did a great job in narrating the background and history and making the past come alive. If you can, I recommend doing the day tour to be able to see the locations and the surrounding areas better.
