  We had Omar (who was training) and Andrew. Andrew was amazing so knowledgeable of the history and architecture so much of the city we would never have even known about or thought of,industry of the past and present here in Chicago You will not be disappointed. Willis Tower is beautiful and breathtaking at night!

  A few hours into the tour I was told that they were not going to pick me up because the designated driver had tested positive for covid, which is obviously a lie in September 2024. It was my last night in Chicago, the rest of my day had been accommodated as scheduled and not only did I not have the most expensive excursion I had booked in advance, but needed to suddenly improvise and pay much more on the fly based on this cancellation. Deplorable. Reading the comments, I'm not the only one, hence please don't book this one, ever!

  Will never book through viator, waited until a few hours before to cancel my booking. Wanted to reschedule me but i couldn't as it was my last day on my vacation. I'm still waiting on a refund!! Sad thing is I've read this on another review, should have went with my instinct. I wouldn't recommend this company! Read all the reviews!

  Robert was absolutely fantastic! So friendly and took us to so many great spots in Chicago we had never thought of. He was prompt with pickup and even had umbrellas for us as a backup on our architecture cruise while the weather was a bit rainy. Will definitely recommend him and will be booking with him again next time I’m in town. Thanks again for a memorable experience, Robert!

  Very disappointed not to have been transferred to another company which could have offered a similar service (In this field they all know each other and this should have been handled differently and certainly more professionally, this isn’t a cheap tour). This was the only day I had in Chicago and treated myself with this tour. I am still waiting to hear back from my email as to get a refund. Here is the message I received 3 1/2 hr before the excursion was due: This message is regarding your Scenic Chicago Night Tour booked for tonight, Sat, Jul 20, 2024. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide the tour tonight due to our tour guide not being available. I have copied the two options we have for moving forward below: 1. We are able to reschedule your tour to tomorrow night at the same time, July 21 at 6:00 PM. 2. We are able to cancel your booking and provide a full refund.   The privacy of being taken around town. The boat ride was empty besides us. Probably could have done the two attractions separately just as easy. You can walk anywhere in Chicago with ease. Glad we did the boat ride and the observation deck!!

  Danny was very knowledgeble on the highlights of the city. He made sure we got to each place and had the right amount of time, before moving on to the next spot. We got to see the Buckingham fountain all lit up, we saw the Bean at night, and got to see the The Ledge at the top of the Willis Building. He pointed out all the interesting spots, taught us about the history of the city, and made a few quick spots for us to take pictures. Overall, this tour beat my expectations

  LONG REVIEW!! I was skeptical for the cost because typically I would build and execute the plan myself but the convenience of someone who knows the city driving you around, then picking you up is worth the cost alone! The price point already paid for itslef by saving you time and money from walking and/or ride sharing. Now, the bonus you ask! 💯 Danny, he knows the city, the routes, the history, the Van he drives is NICE! Total style. I was flying solo on this adventure and I can't boast how nice it was to have Danny sharing my excitement of what I saw, taking my pics for me, etc. I truly hope you get to experience this city with, Danny! I have never been to Chicago, but have been to many cities and the city itself has so many layers (literally though and pun intended!) that and you can't help but appreciate it when you start pulling back the layer's on that onion (hahaha another pun)! These things I learned on the tour and now take it to find out! That said, the cities visuals start to automatically generate that appreciation and Danny is that cherry on top! Book this, you will not regret it! The architecture, the water, the people, the transportation, the neighborhoods, events, restaurants, activities, you will learn about these on this tour to set the foundation for the rest of your Chicago visit!
