5.00We had a small group so it was a tight squeeze in the medium van. Even though Rafa our tour guide was knowledgeable, funny, and engaging. Alberto the driver was excellent! Highly recommend them both if you have the opportunity to choose a guide and or driver.

5.00This was a great tour! Alfredo was amazing, patient, and super informative. One thing I would say is be prepared for a long day! It’s a lot of driving due to the nature of where the beaches are to the main points. They offer a great lunch! The Cenote was beautiful!

3.00The tour was good, guide knew what he was talking about and provided good explanations throughout the tour. However, what I didn't like about this tour was the unnecessary stops at gift shops and other places which was not clearly mentioned prior to booking. Before arriving at Chichen Itza, we stopped at a gift shop for close to an hour. I would have preferred this extra time to actually explore Chichen Itza.. The Cenote portion of tour was nice, we were served food around 1PM and the food was just average. My main issue was the supposed "tour" of Valladoid city. We were told we would have 30 minutes to explore the city, however the bus stopped at a Tequila shop we were all guided into the shop. About 25 minutes of our time in this city was spent at this Tequila shop taste testing 3 Tequilas. After that, we only had 5 minutes to quickly run around the city and "explore", which was disappointing. Tour could be improved if these gift shop and tequila tasting stops were not included.

5.00If you visit playa del Carmen, YOU NEED TO BOOK THIS TRIP. If you have the pleasure of having Cesar as your guide, you will have the best time ever. Cesar was extremely friendly, energetic and informative. He shared with us a bad review that they got saying they the tour guide talked too much about chitzen Itza while at chitzen Itza….let me tell you, you will not know why it is one of the 7 wonders of the world without their commentary. This was one of the best trips I’ve ever done and I will remember it for the rest of my life. I am extremely appreciative and grateful for the experience. Thank you SAT tours and most importantly thank you Cesar!! I promise whatever premonitions you have about the trip, they have your best interest in mind. I promise you. Great people. Shout out from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania! Book this trip!!!!
