We had an amazing experience on our Chichen Itza tour, thanks to Victor Mendoza Ballam, aka Moto Moto! He was incredibly helpful, cheerful, and always had a smile on his face. His deep knowledge of the site and the culture made the tour fascinating, and he shared many intriguing details that really enriched our visit. On his recommendation, we purchased a personalized Mayan calendar from one of the ethnic shops—a unique and special souvenir. Throughout the tour, Victor ensured everyone was comfortable and engaged, making the entire trip truly enjoyable. A big shoutout to Enrique, our fantastic driver, who got us to and from our destinations safely (and managed to stay awake the whole time—haha!). Overall, it was an excellent trip, and we would 100% recommend it!

It’s a long day which is mostly in transit. Left hotel at 6am and got back at 8pm ish. Time at the main attraction of Chichén Itzá and cenote was really limited and I wish we had had longer here than at the 2 additional obligatory stops of purchasing local products We had the all inclusive option which meant all tickets and lunch and life jackets etc was sorted but in the group others were still having to purchase theirs - generally handled well. Your guide Raffa was really knowledgable and spoke good English and Spanish. Shame we didn’t have more time with him. Would have been really good if he had spent more time telling us about Mayan history when there were long rides. He had to speak in both languages which took up additional time and meant less information overall. Would say good trip but definitely could have been better focussed. Also felt like was expensive for what it was. Food was fine for lunch. Might be worth hunting for an English only trip if you don’t speak Spanish.

Everything was great. I recomand you to take two small bottles of water for the time during the bus trip. Our driver Luis was driving great and the guides Paul and Rey were explaining with great enthusiasm and professionalism. The company answered quickly to my questions before the trip.

I booked with you because of hotel pickup. That changed after booking. Very disappointing. We had to find our own transpo to a pickup point and there were poor directions about exactly where that was, and it was still dark at pickup time. Our guides, Paul and Norma were excellent and had terrific knowledge about Chichen Itza, Mayan culture, and local food and arts. The driver, Fabien, could drive a tour bus through the eye of a needle! You need to bring that bus through the gate of Puerto Ventura. Other tours do. On the return trip we had to once again find a way from the gate to our hotel. It is a long walk to most of the resorts there, and best not to do in the dark, and the drop off point has very busy traffic. Now that I have been here and know of many other options, next time I will choose one that does what it said it would do in the first place. I would not recommend this experience for someone staying in Puerto Ventura.
