5.00Herik was excellent! He was very knowledgeable and had answers to every question we had. The communication from the tour company was great. They gave us a helpful heads up about the 1 hour time difference between Cancun and Chichen Itza. We ended up being the only 4 people on the tour and they accommodated an earlier start time. A tip for people traveling from Quintana Roo to Yucatan State. BRING YOUR PASSPORTS! We were stopped on the toll road on the way home and were "fined" for not having them. We had pictures of them, but not the entry stamps. Not sure where the money went, but there was no paperwork associated with the fine...

She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining all aspects of the site, with lots of information about Mayan civilization also. She was happy to answer all of our questions. No issue meeting her at the very crowded entrance area. Would definitely recommend.
