Visa fees are not included. • Hotel pick-up is between 06:30 and 07:00 AM. The exact pick-up time will be confirmed prior to the tour. Guests are requested to be at the hotel reception at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time. • The experience lasts approximately 5–6 hours, with return around midday, subject to border formalities and traffic conditions. • This is a shared tour, and pick-up times may vary slightly due to multiple hotel collections. • Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed, as animals move freely within the park. • Guests should wear comfortable clothing, closed shoes, and bring sun protection and a camera. • Children are welcome; however, the tour is not wheelchair accessible. • While border and park procedures are handled professionally, occasional delays may occur beyond the operator’s control.
