This is a sensational safari trip which allows you to view game from land in Jeep and from the river in a boat.
The first game sighting is from the Chobe River, where you will see animals as they come and drink in the river Chobe River which flows through the renowned Chobe National Park providing a haven for herds of grazing animals and bird life.
The combination of boat safari and jeep allows the viewing on animals from incredible angles, one from water and the other from land. The trip encompasses the seeing of land, water and bird-life which is an absolute experience.
A buffet lunch in a restaurant overlooking the river is always a best option, you dine while you enjoy the exceptional views of the area.

After breakfast, do your early morning game drive. in case you missed some wild the day before this is a chance to wrap up your stay in Chobe. A morning game drive will also increase your chances of spotting some cats as they come and drink water in the Chobe River probably after making their morning meal. You will then head back to Victoria Falls and be dropped right at your hotel.

Wake up in the morning for your game drive. The quest is to spot whatever you could have missed the previous day and subsequently spot cats, which are believed to active at this time.

5.00I was picked up from shockwave and taken across the boarder, The crossing was easy and went smooth. We arrived to do the boat cruise first where we saw so many aquatic animals the boat was small but allowed us to zip around to see all the animals close up and the boat was only our group. We finish and had the best buffet lunch full of everything you can want. After lunch the group went to our own car to do the first of our game drives and saw so many animals. we spotted 3 of the Big 5 elephant, Lion, and the buff. We managed to see alot more like giraffes. The accommodation provide was next level, Aircon, pool, bar, wifi and some staff. in the morning we went for the second game drive and was offered a seperate route of which we saw baby giraffes, baby elephants with over hundreds of other elephants. I recommend this to everyone that is looking to find some animals in a carefree enviroment.

2.00After completing the afternoon game drive, I could honestly say it was the 5th best game drive I had ever experienced. Which might be cool if I'd been on 100 game drives, but is pretty sad since I have only been on 5. The driver was not skilled, nor particularly knowledgeable, and he wasn't responsive to the needs/wants of the guests on safari. Zero stars The overnight accommodations were unacceptable, with no access to food or beer, and no reasonable way to charge your electronics (I ended up unplugging the TV). Zero stars. If they are using the same accommodations - a guest house - I recommend booking your own overnight somewhere nice, and paying the difference out of pocket. There's many pleasant places to stay in town and lots of food and beer to be had. The boat safari provided good access to a number of birds that I don't normally see on safari plus some up close with the crocodiles & hippos - but I would rate it only as average. Lunch was better than expected. But the morning game drive on day two was excellent definitely one of the better game drives I have experienced (and making the previous day's afternoon game drive now #6 of 6). The morning driver was pleasant and very responsive to the guests on safari and their wants & needs.
