I arranged this tour for my mom and mother in law and it was fabulous! They had a great time. And Dani was great about communication. He also went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable with the logistics for my mom (she uses a walker).

Nice, unique experience! Dani is SO knowledgeable about literally anything on the island & chocolate. Felt like we were in someone’s family kitchen making chocolate.

My daughter and I loved this experience. Not only did we learn a lot about the history and culture, but we made a delicious custom treat by hand alongside the pros! I think what sets this class apart is how knowledgeable and authentic Dani is. You can tell this class is important and special. Thank you so much for sharing this with my daughter and I, Dani! We will never forget it.

It was so much fun and very informative. Not long after I booked the tour, I was contact by Dani to confirm the booking. Dani teaches the chocolate making and he wanted to ensure an engaging experience. He certainly delivered! We also wanted to zipline while on Roatan and Dani helped coordinate that booking and arrange for all transportation. The ziplining was amazing! We got back to our ship with plenty of time to spare.

Great experience and our tour guide was great! He picked us up from the cruise port and dropped us back off. It was in a central location so like less than 5 mins to chill at the beach and grab food etc. Chocolate came out great!

Daniel was a wonderful guide throughout our day in Roatan. He shared his knowledge of making chocolate and answered all questions. We were guided through all processes in the factory to make our very own chocolate souvenir bars. He also took us to local shops for unique hand crafted Roatan keepsakes. We enjoyed a local delicacy, Pupusas, for lunch with his recommendation. We enjoyed our local tour around the community surrounding the cruise port and transportation that was provided.

The tour was fun, engaging, and informative. Our guide had a ton of background information on cocoa, answered all our questions, and was professional, empathetic, and accomodating. The format/sequence of the tour was really well-planned. Would definitely recommend to others!

We arranged this class with Dani. He made the process easy and even helped us arrange transportation to and from the Factory. There was a nice presentation about the history and process of making chocolate. Then we got to each make our own chocolate bars. He walked us through each step along the way, explaining the purpose of each step. Afterwards, we were able to sample all the varieties of chocolate that they make at the Factory. I would highly recommend this class, especially if you love dark chocolate.
