5.00I took a taxi on 31 December 2024, 11.00pm from the International airport Christchurch to our hotel. The taxi driver Sandep Singh Aulakh was courteous and friendly. On our way to the hotel, Sandeep took a wrong turn but immediately shut out the meter so that we don’t get overcharged. Once in the hotel, I realised that I accidentally dropped my Watch in the cab. Sandeep came all the way back to return the watch a couple of days later, with no expectation of any reward. I recommend Sandeep for his first class service and ethical standards
