  This is not a trolley tour if you want to see Christmas lights. The letters from Santa were depressing and served no purpose and the carolers were not very talented. While I feel as though the tour was catered more to kids, I’m not even sure they would enjoy it,

  Singers were fabulous! Wonderful voices and enthusiast! Would have like to see neighborhoods/houses decorated but I guess trolley won't fit down streets? Very fun and engaging. Will do another type of tour sometime!

  The most disappointing, disheartening, and disenchanting experience. Discover Sarasota completely mislabeled this as a family friendly event and holiday light tour. The inferences to the illegitimacy of Santa were horrific!! The advertisement says "heartwarming stories" and multiple stories referenced taking mushrooms. The holiday lights consisted of the tree in the center of main street and driving past Selby Gardens. When I went to the owner to express my dissatisfaction, she said "Oh, you are the first person in 44 tours to not like it." When I explained my reasons, she said, "Take a different tour next time." I purchased 7 tickets, which included my grandchildren ages 6 & 7, spent over $600 and her response is take a different tour? Again, this was the owner. Her response and lack of apology for possibly robbing my grandchildren of the magic of Christmas is indicative of her character more than her lack of business skills.

  It was so much fun fun singing carols down the main restaurant road as people were eating outside watching us and smiling . Also the actors were very good

  Everyone was very pleasant. The singers did an awesome job, they kept us entertained. Singing Christmas carols, jiggling bells to the songs on the trolley was a festive experience.

  Twenty of us went on this tour on December 4,and found it quite enjoyable, Our costumed hostess on the trolley shared several interesting and little known facts about Christmas and explained the origins of St. Nick and Santa and other little known Christmas and the two costumed singers who joined us at several stops along the way were very good, singing some well-known Christmas melodies. We also joined in singing several Christmas carols during our 90-minuite ride. We took the 5:30 p.m. tour, which was fine, but if I were to suggest this to others, I'd suggest the 7:30 p.m. trolley tour to best appreciate Sarasota's Christmas lights.
