  Sightseeing of the Cinque Terre by boat from the ocean; small group which was nice, personals were very generous with wine or bear and food. Roberta spoke good English. The only negative point is that we had English American music, I asked for Italian music, so they changed the playlist but they put it back to English American just before arriving at port. We (the clients) did not understand why we had to listen to American music while we are on a tour in Italy. They should be aware of what clients expects when travelling outside of their country. If I have host coming to my country, I will have them listen to French Canadian music, of course.

  First, the pros - tour operator (Roberta) was great and very knowledgeable. Tour provided choice of wine/beer/prosecco, nonalcoholic drinks and pesto focaccia. Weather was great. The boats are required to drive slowly, which actually made it more comfortable and we didn't get soaking wet or have to deal with wind. Cons - not as advertised. First, we were promised a trip to a beach that was only accessible by boat to swim and snorkel and this never happened. In fact, the tour guide never mentioned it...we kept thinking it was the next stop, and then all of a sudden we were back at the start and the tour was over. The tour was advertised as 3 hours, but we left at 10:10 and were back by 12:15. So we definitely felt a little short-changed.

  Beautiful scenery! Great crew, very Knowledgeable. Played great music, had refreshments on board for us.

  Beautiful trip and the boat wasn’t crammed with people which was grest. The staff was the best part about this trip. They were extremely welcoming and provided some extra snacks and homemade drinks. It was a trip my wife and I will never forgot.

  Not at all what we signed up for! #1 We did NOT get the Hybrid boat, but rather a tiny uncomfortable sail boat with no seat pads. #2 We were the first in line for the Hybrid boat, but once it arrived, Representative said we were with the other captain, Ester. Who is sending us a Viator message that we are not there! (when actually we were first people at the Hybrid dock) #3. Appears that Viator over sold the number of spaces available and then brought in another boat to accommodate. #4 The sail boat had one cola soda for eight people for an afternoon sail trip. #5. Local police did not like that boats were picking up and dropping off (rather quickly) and appearing to be sneaky-like. The only reason I gave a two rather (rather than a one) is because the Captain, Ester was kind and skilled.
