5.00A relaxing & fun day! You have the option to stay indoors or go out on the decks. People start getting more relaxed after a few mimosas, and it makes it more fun for everyone. Music was great service was even better. I would suggest that you turn the volume down on the microphone in music as it was in a dangerous decibel.

5.00The cruise was a wonderful experience. The vessel was neat and orderly. The service personnel were attentive, professional and courteous. The food was outstanding and plentiful. I will recommend this cruise to friends and family as well as plan another trip for myself in the near future. A five start rating is my rating for this cruise line.

5.00From the moment you arrive to get in line you are greeted by genuinely kind, happy people. This is consistent throughout your journey. Our server was incredibly helpful, attentive, and worked hard applying the same 5 Star service to all tables, while never looking frustrated or tired. Of course the food was fantastic. But then there was the actual bay cruise. I am truly a world traveler. I am fortunate enough to call San Francisco home, actually born there. If I get to go to heaven, I’ll look around and think, it’s pretty fantastic, almost as good as a Hornblower Saturday brunch cruise around the San Francisco Bay.
Paid too much for parking

3.00The brick cruise was awesome. Beautiful views and lots of good food. Unfortunately there was no one by the parking machine and I paid $40 even though it said it was $20 for cruise riders. It asked for a coupon code and I couldn't find one on my ticket info. So I paid the $40 since I had to get on the boat and had a line of people behind me trying to get their parking paid for. Once I paid and got my ticket, someone and up and started putting in the coupon code for every one else. I told him I just paid $40 could I get reimbursed, he said no since I already paid the machine. Prior to this he was no where in sight. Pretty unfair every one else got the discount.

5.00Booked a brunch cruise through Viator with my two girlfriends and it was EVERYTHING! Bottomless mimosas, a carving station, glazed Atlantic salmon, eggs, bacon, sausage, chicken, salads, pastas, and a dessert table that was insane—cheesecake, red velvet & French toast?! Yes please 😍 Don’t let the cloudy morning fool you—the sun came out and the views were gorgeous. We got the best photos and had the best time. Such a fun and delicious experience. Highly recommend!
