Just outside the walls of the Old City of Jerusalem, the archaeological site of the City of David is where the city began thousands of years ago.
From the palace of King David to the Canaanite Cyclopian buildings, and inside King Hezekiah's tunnel *in the water*, to the real pool of Siloam and the ancient street of the time of Jesus we will discover the Jerusalem of the Bible.
And what is extraordinary is that most of the site is *underground*!

He made a genuine effort to include our child in the tour, weaving him into the explanations and keeping him engaged, which made the whole experience feel easy and stress-free. Nisim is extremely knowledgeable and clearly well-versed in the City of David and the history of Jerusalem, and his passion really comes through. 5.00Amazing! The tour was a highlight of our trip to Jerusalem. Nissim was a terrific tour guide—intelligent, knowledgeable, responsive, humorous, He allowed us to develop our own itinerary. Nissim managed to squeeze everything into our allotted time. I had never before hired a private guide and I have to say it was a fabulous experience. Well worth the time and money. Do not hesitate to book Nissim. You’ll thank me. First photo is Nissim. Second photo is the water tunnel, Hezekiah’s Tunnel (or Siloam Tunnel) which we got to explore.
