Unreliable. Seatbelts don’t work. My seat was broken and falling backwards. Busses are ancient and barely run. You’d be better just getting the normal busses in Malta.

At the Azur hotel in Malta we have booked an excursion for 8 people to Gozo, boat + bus hop on hop off. The lady at the desk at the hotel had promised us a pleasant day with their organization with the mirage of being able to get around the whole island in a single day. In fact, he gave us only partial information. He had not told us for example about two different circuits that it is impossible to get off at all stops. Actually of all the stops we managed to make only one to visit the citadel and the village of Vittoria. The tight time needed for the return would not have allowed us to make other stops and return to the port by 4.15pm for the return. At this point with liners and free buses for Malta's weekly bus pass, we will have spent half. Hop on buses do not respect the scheduled timetable with the risk of missing the return ferry. The ideal would be to stay overnight in Gozo.

One of the better hoho tours we have taken to get to know an area. The ticket purchase was easy at the terminal ferry. The commentary was great. Start early. We only had time to get off on the Victoria stop.

AVOID … If I could give this 0 stars I would , Absolutely AWFUL … Told would see lots of things all we seen was building sites and went to caves but what they didn’t tell you was that you have to walk 25mins to attraction .. Got off and got a uber .. Very very bad and rip off !

The first issue was that the audio guide socket didnt work. I had to push the socket to hear audio. We stopped in Victoria to explore, we could hardly get on the next bus. My husband found a seat, it was downstairs with barely any view out of a side window, there were no rear windows. Our trip is in March and the bus tour could not cope with number of tourists. We went back to Gozo, we used local buses and saw what we wanted to see without feeling like we were ripped off. Save you money, go local buses.

Bought wrong ticket - my bad. Driver did not look at it. Raining, no sound altho apparently had been "fixed 2 days ago" moved twice as water was leaking from somewhere; guy gets on & checks tickets & tells me I had wrong one - paid another 25€; absolutely wasted day

Dire. Three hours of dullness, tedium and worse. Had to give a star but deserves no stars at all. We paid £55 ea to fly to Malta and £25 ea for the most boring three hours of our trip.

Absolutely corrupt and disingenuous company. Lepeirks travel green bus charge you 22 euro. Ticket bought on board bus by conductor. Yet speaking to people on bus and all looking at our tickets it said they had like ours bought a family ticket 50 euro ( why is this?)Asked ticket seller prior to boarding if suitable for disabled people , told yes. Definitely not suitable. Drivers allowed far too many on bus, people standing up and roads narrow and steep. If you got off you were then left waiting for another bus which didn’t arrive no where near to time table on leaflet. Emailed the email address on leaflet to inform we wanted a refund as driver suggested this. Email is fake. Does also say that you can write to supreme travel ZTN 4400 but this doesn’t refund due to complaint only if trip is cancelled due to it being unable to operate.
