We bought a combo ticket for the 3 rides ie Conwy trip; Alice trip & Great Orme trip. The Conwy trip onboard commentary failed after 30 seconds of leaving. The Alice trip was cancelled due to the bus drivers wife feeling poorly and when we went to get the Great Orme trip the girl said it was fully booked for the day…

Great Value for what you pay. Helpful staff for my partners mobility scooter. Trip is amazing, with places to get on and off. Conwy village is beautiful. Very informative tour guide on the whole trip. Very worthwhile and great value for what you pay. Tickets last 24 hours.

Not really value for money, cheaper to use the local bus service. But it does take you round all the local sites to see and handy to be able you get on and off again

A really good way to see more of Llandudno and to find out about the are from the commentary. Brilliant to have the commentary without using headphones.

Disappointed - I am local so fully aware of the route. Took my toddler granddaughter after Punch and Jusy for a bit of slow time. Intention was to get off at West Shore. The bus did not loop round to the West Shore stop but turned straight down back to the pier. On alighting I raised my issue with the ticket seller who said I should have pushed the bell - how can you do that when your routes stop is totally missed …….

The actual trip experience was good but unfortunately the site description is out of kilter with what you expect to get when you get there. Bought and paid for what’s in the title but when I gave my QR code to be swiped the lady said that wasn’t what I’d paid for , she Said I’d paid for something else . Showed her the email and she said “oh I know we have this all the time, people think they’ve booked one thing and it’s another “! Ended up paying again as didn’t want to disappoint my son who had been really looking forward to the hr long Llandudno trip on the open too Bus . So basically paid £33 (£14 original bkg and £19 2nd bkg) to use the open top bus twice !!

It's almost a must thing to do if your here for more than a day. Hop on, hop off is exactly what you do. Lovely trip to Conway, and times are spot on.

Booked online without issue. On the day we ran out of time so asked if we could delay the tour for another date. This was allowed with no problem and with a smile!

The activity is a good introduction to the area. We took both the blue and red routes and the commentary was informative. We took the buses later in the day so we did not have time to get off and explore any of the stops.
