Regarding the cathedral: A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements
Wheelchair: we can carry collapsible wheelchairs in the luggage hold of the tour bus but you need to be able to get on and off the tour bus (3-4 steps up/down)
Children must be accompanied by an adult

Once in Milan a stop is made at the Sforza Castle, then we continue on the coach to the city center to visit the Galleria and Cathedral Square on foot (550m from the coach drop off/pick up point). The afternoon is then free to explore.

5.00Picked up outside our hotel in Stresa on time. Our guide was Luka and was very knowledgeable and informative about the area as we travelled to Milan. After a comfort stop on the motorway services we arrived at Milan about 10:00hrs. We met up with a local guide in Milan and she walked us around various locations finishing up in the Cathedral Square. Free time to visit where we wanted and the coach picked us up at 15:30hrs to head back to Lake Maggiore, stopping quickly for a photo shoot at the San Siro Stadium and the huge statue of San Carlo known as Big Charlie. Back to our hotel around 18:00hrs. Super trip and well worth the money.
