Hop on and off at any of the 16 stops to visit famous attractions including Plaza de Espana, Paseo Martitimo and Jaime III. You'll have panoramic views from the open-top deck, whilst listening to the informative audio tour commentary. Red Route: First departure from Stop 1 at 10am, last departure from Stop 1 at 6pm. Full loop - 90 minutes apx. Frequency 20 - 25 minutes
Last bus that stops at the Pueblo Español will depart at 4:30pm
Last bus that stops at the Castle will depart at 5:30pm
Bus stops closed on Mondays: Hotel Valparaiso, Fundacio Pilar i Joan Miro, Palacio Marivent, Es Baluard.

Boat Tour (included in the Supreme ticket only): Operational Season: April - October. Departs from Escalera Real at 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm. Departs from Auditorium at 11:10am, 12:10pm, 1:10pm, 2:10pm, 3:10pm, 4:10pm. The boat tour operates Monday - Saturday. Duration: 50 minutes. The boat tour will operate until Sunday 30th November
Bellver Castle Opening Hours (included in the Supreme ticket only):
October - March: Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 6pm, Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10am - 3pm. Monday: Closed
April - September: Tuesday to Saturday: 10am - 7pm, Sundays & Bank Holidays: 10am - 3pm (please be aware that entry to Bellver Castle is free on Sundays). Monday: Closed
The Bellver Castle ticket can be used on a different day to the bus

2.00Waste of money. An uncomfortable ride and a number of the audio systems in the seats didn’t work. So many passengers endured the route without commentary. The commentary that was provided was paper thin in content. Little background or history; minimal detail; dull and uninspiring. A forgettable experience that does nothing to further interest or understanding of Palma and what must be a rich history. Wasted money.

5.00Loved that there were headphones provided, and you could choose the channel with your language. Unlike others that I've been on hop-on hop-off where they're playing all languages outlook to everyone for every site. Helpful driver as well. This was a great value and booking through Viator was a plus.

5.00Hop on hop of seems the only way to go .... spectacular place ...near the big church it's a massive cue to reboard bus ...top deck is at a premium but managed it with quick maneuver....

1.00They cancelled our tour 9.5 hours prior to the start. We needed to give them 24 hours. Then they asked if we would like to buy a tour for less time and the cost was more money. We used them on other vacation destinations however they were great then. I don’t think I would use in the future. Thank you.

2.00We started the tour at 1 and the agent there was very helpful. She told us the boat ride was cancelled because of the wind and the castle was closed for the season. Viator should have known this and charged less. It was lass expensive to buy the ticket in person. We intended to get off at stops 2, 5 and 7 where we had tickets. The announcement on the bus did not give numbers of the stops. It only gave the street name in Spanish so when we tried to get off the driver just kept going. We missed stop 2 and 5 and finally he let us off at stop 7 a bit past the actual stop. When we tried to return to the stop there were no signs marking where to wait. We ended up taking a cab back to stop 5. Once there we watched the entire area and were able to return to the bus where we stayed on until then end. We were very disappointed in this tour. The bus driver was not helpful or friendly.
