Scooters were okay. Unfortunately, completely scratched Visir. Under the saddle was a second helmet, so we could not store the first one... Otherwise completely ok

I had booked a car via BSP from 9 to 16 October 2025 at Goldcar. Having a Gold master card, I had taken out a minimum but sufficient insurance , this card covering deductible type expenses and other damages. Arriving in the agency GOLDCAR at Palma airport, I came across 2 people who forced me to take out additional insurance otherwise I did not have the car!!! After thirty minutes of deaf dialogue (in Spanish or English!!) I agreed to pay 307 euros more!!!??? Terrible feeling of being taken hostage! I had done the same in Lisbon at HERTZ 2 years before , I had no problems!! Goldcar is ABSOLUTELY LEAKING!!! Insured scam

Be very careful on one way road and be careful where you park know your street signs. Bikes are very heavy.

This is a fantastic way to explore Palma! We had the best experience the operator is very flexible but pays attention to safety and is concerned about your enjoyable experience. The scooter was in great condition, had sufficient power and was a comfortable ride I would definitely do this again! The rental, check-in and return process was very simple. We were able to explore the city and the sites on our own and felt extremely safe and liberated. If you really want to see Palma, take a local wheels scooter!!

Had a great time! Scooters worked well, check in process was easy. A small piece of advice I can offer is that this is not very close to the cruise terminal, so if you're coming from a ship like we did, plan accordingly for your trip back to your ship!

We rented scooters during a cruise because we wanted to get out of the hubbub and see the beauty of Mallorca. The scooter shop, located in the heart of Old Town Center was easy to get to with beautiful shops and cafes along the way. The shop owner met us a little bit early so we could get on our way. The scooters, 125cc had plenty of get up and go to get up the mountain. Mountain. The scooters were very well maintained, easy to drive, helmets were included. We had a blast. We can hardly wait to come back to Majorca and rent scooters from Loco Scooters.

My girlfriend and I rented a 125cc scooter for a day, and we had an amazing experience! The service beforehand was super relaxed — we got clear instructions and great tips about the best routes and real hotspots in the area. Thanks to those tips, we managed to explore a lot of beautiful places in just one day. The scooter rode safely and smoothly, and it was easy to handle — even if you don’t have much experience. On top of that, the roads were in excellent condition and riding in traffic felt very natural. And last but not least: the rental guy was an incredibly friendly and helpful person. Definitely recommended!

We had a very fun time! Our group was 5 mopeds and 9 people. The machines are newer and in great shape. The process was super easy. It would be nice to have a little better guidance on directions. We strongly recommend this activity!
