I used all 3 routes in one day to enable me to see Turin and learn something of its history and people. Even though the frequency was not as high as I would have liked (maybe as it was off season) the longer routes enabled me to see more of Turin than I would otherwise have done. Had I been staying longer I would have had a wider choice of places to go after the tours. The timetables were accurate and it was easy to select the language of the tour.

The staff service is excellent; the bus runs on time. Hop on Hop Off is useful and interesting as a transportation service (great view and fun sitting on the second level) but it is not a good informative tour. You never actually see most of the places on the map you’re given (you only get to see the bus stop near the venues) and although the audio tour is interesting it often doesn’t relate to what you are seeing on the ride while listening..Watching YouTube videos would be much better for information but if you’re interested in getting to venues in a fun ride or just riding around in a new city, then yes, this is great.

The girl who attended us, in ticketera, next to Madama Palace, very friendly and professional. Your attention and excellent information! He described us route of the three lines, stops at the point of interest discussed and durability of ticket and possibility of extending hours; certainly a service of 10!!!

We did the red route (historical center) and the blue route (modern part) Great Welcoming, very nice staff and very very smiling. Comments and clear explanations in several languages throughout the tour, thanks to the earphones provided upon entering the bus. I highly recommend

The automated commentary did not correlate with the sites being seen. There was a lot of commentary about the royal Palace, but the bus hardly stopped at the palace and it wasn't even clear which building the palace was. The rest of the tour was pretty good

The tour bus covers three lines Red, green and blue with free schedules, and only red line covers expectations, the others are repetitive and out of sync

You can save yourself. The tour and the info don't match in time and a lot of buildings can't be seen at all! Was disappointing and way too expensive for that!!! Don't do it!
