4.00Our driver Christina was very very nice. She was accommodating for sure. She drove in this crazy town very well. She knew the right spots to go and helped us see a ship in the locks. I would suggest her doing a few things to be more professional. Turn the radio off or keep very low. Keep singing to a minimum. Have waters and tissues in car. Keep air on in car for passenger comfort. Just those few things could really increase her ability to be more professional.

5.00Good trip to the Miraflores Locks. Go as early as possible so you make sure to get a good viewing spot and actually get to see a vessel pass through. The IMAX movie is good too. The whole process definitely takes some time so if you have someone who does not like to stand grab a spot on the lower level that has bleachers. The rest of the tour stops after were icing on the cake, a bit of of many things! Elena was great. Good info. Good navigation at the locks. Great communication before and during. Super nice as well!

Our guide Gabriel was very informative and conversational, willing to answer our many questions about Panama, its culture and history, and made it feel very individualized and personalized. He made sure we were at the canal locks in time to see a vessel pass through, then took us on a tour of the causeway and a personalized walking tour of the old city, providing several recommendations for things to do later.
