Panama Canal
We will be visiting the Miraflores visitor center, where the Miraflores locks of the Panama Canal are, considered the eighth wonder of the modern world and you will be able to observe how the ships rise or descend upon entering or leaving the Canal. The tour is complemented by a visit to the 4 rooms.
Casco Viejo
Tour of the Old Town, it is the heart of the ancient city, popular for its lively gastronomic and night scene. Cocktail bars, terraced bars and international restaurants line the streets decorated with elaborate murals. Among the attractions of the colonial era, are the Metropolitan Cathedral, characterized by its two towers, and the presidential house Palacio de las Garzas, facing the sea. In local stores, traditional handicrafts are sold.

We had a 9-hour scale in Panama City. How about a city tour and a visit to the Panama Canal Visitor Center? That's what we did. And it's worth it. The visit to the Panama Canal Visitor Center was not possible: it was closed due to COVID19. In any case, we have seen (externally) the operation of the Canal, one of the greatest engineering works of humanity. Panama City, in turn, is a very nice walk: I recommend. Brazilians are welcome, and without a visa! Don’t forget to always have your international yellow fever vaccination card at hand.
