Passengers must contact our office to cancel on our service. Cancellation fees will be incurred depending on time of notification. Full payment is required at time of booking. If ticket is cancelled more than 60 days prior to travel, a cancellation fee of $200 per person will be charged. If ticket is cancelled between 30 days & 59 days prior to travel, a cancellation fee of 50% of the tour price per passenger will be charged. If ticket is cancelled with less than 30 days notice, a cancellation fee of 100% of the tour price per person will be charged. If the tour is cancelled prior to departure due to government restrictions we will do everything in our power to provide a full refund, however this will depend on the cancellation policy of each individual venue on the tour.

TOUR CANCELLATION: Minimum numbers are required so we reserves the right to cancel any tours due to lack of numbers. Passengers can book on subsequent tours or shall receive a full refund.

ITINERARY: This is subject to change if weather and road conditions deem it necessary. Any such changes will be made in the best interest of the passengers.

SMOKING: Government regulations prohibit smoking on all modes of transport.

ALCOHOL: In the interest of passenger safety and comfort, alcohol consumption is not permitted on board coaches. Intoxicated passengers will be denied travel and will forfeit all monies paid.

LUGGAGE: Please limit to one suitcase per person plus onboard travel bag. All luggage, including travellers own snowboard and ski equipment is at owners risk throughout the tour. We strongly recommend travel insurance for personal items including hire equipment.

CHILDREN: Rates are calculated between 3 and 14 years. Over 14 years is full list price. Tour operated by Cooma Coaches
