We spent a great week touring with Morgan and Fun Tassie Tours. Morgan took us to sights we had not seen before and his knowledge of the landscape is amazing. His knowledge of the history of the indigenous peoples and the establishment of the Hydro Power System was incredible. We had great accommodation, some of it a bit quirky, but always clean and of a good standard. As it was a gourmet tour we were treated to some great meals and tasted a fair few wines. I would recommend this tour to all those who would like to see a different view of Tasmania. Highly recommend The Wall and the Floored History.

We went on a 6day tour of Tasmania with "Fun Tassie Tours" in Nov. which turned out to be extraordinary. FunTassie operates Tours in small groups which helped everyone to ask questions and take part in the dialogue on each adventure filled day usually extending from 8.30am to 5.30 pm. Our group was led by Dean who had a vast knowledge of the diverse subjects the group was interested in including the progress of Tasmania from rather difficult convict days to current times. Tour took us through very scenic countryside and to a number of wineries where we tasted a range of wines followed by sumptuous food. Further lot of historical sited were visited with Dean giving a detailed commentary on their significance. Accommodation arranged for the 6 nights was clean and of good standard. Tour booking was trouble free & we thank Morgan for the excellent work in that regard.

If I could leave a 10 STAR review for Fun Tassie Tours I would. What a great company, they were well organized, punctual and Morgan our guide had a great knowledge of the area and it's history. Our tour covered a lot of areas within a short timeframe and it all ran like clockwork. The chosen hotels were good, with 1 in particular being quite quirky. We went to some excellent wineries and had an exceptional degustation lunch. I loved that everything was taken care of, it was a great no fuss holiday for me.
