What To Expect
Preseren Square
We begin in Preseren Square, the beating heart of the city. We learn basic history of Ljubljana before we explore the different sights that are located at the square.
France Preseren statue
We learn about France Preseren, a truly colorful figure whose poetry inspired the nation during the Romantic days of the 19th Century. Find out why he was no Romeo and why we consider him to be our national poet.

5.00The city tour with Tina 2 was really successful. She presented the city authentically, casually and at the same time very informatively. You could tell that she knows her stuff and her enthusiasm was immediately infected. No dry facts, but exciting stories and many small details – absolutely recommended!

5.00Tina was an exceptional guide! He knew a lot about the entire history of the city and the country, making our visit very rich and surely much better than if we had not made the tour. I was alone with my 2-year-old daughter and Tina made the ride very fluid even for the little one.

5.00We joined the free walking tour with Tina and really enjoyed a couple of hours walking around the main sights in the town at a gentle pace with lots of information. Tina gave a really good overview of the town as well as the history of Slovenia and what it was like to grow up here. She answered every question really well and gave out discount tickets for various attractions. Would happily recommend.
