The church was lovely in the best area of Vienna. Concert was superb, glad I had read another review about the church being cold so I dressed warm, and they offered blankets to use. Wonderful performance with some extra liric singer between seasons!

Concert by classical group 1756 in such an opulent and ornate cathedral in cushioned pews with our own blankets in a clear evening in Vienna, an emotional, and moving musical experience for me. Soloist lifted me to the heavens. Exceptional evening.

We are not big classical music people but felt like we should go to one concert while in Vienna. This 1 hour 15 min session at the Karlskirche was a good pick. Nice surroundings, a little chilly at first but they gave us blankets and the seats warmed up. Glad we did it!

We were at this incredible concert yesterday. I’ve heard Vivaldi’s “The Four Seasons” many times, but I’ve never seen and heard such a great performance! Starting with the atmosphere of the church and the acoustics – this creates its own unique charm. And right down to the flawless, deep and incredibly soulful sound of every single instrument! The soloist fused so much with the music that it seemed to have emerged from the music and swirled around like a whirlwind inside it! It was very emotional and deeply felt! The ensemble sounds in absolute harmony and lives and conveys a huge spectrum of emotions in a very deeply emotional way! I was in concert with two children (9 and 12 years old), and they sat there with their mouths open with enthusiasm! It's a rare opportunity not only to hear a flawless and sensitive performance, but also to look at unique historical musical instruments! It's a very special sound that can't be compared to anything! Thank you very much for your work and your absolute emotional commitment! They have charged us with incredible energy!!!
